- Is the anchoring strength reliable for heavy structural load requirements?
- Yes, it provides high strength and strong adhesion. The HG-N390 is a modified epoxy resin system with a load-bearing effect equivalent to pre-embedded systems. It features a compressive strength of more than or equal to 60 MPa, splitting tensile strength of more than or equal to 8.5 MPa, and bending strength of more than or equal to 50 MPa. It offers anti-aging performance, high-temperature creep resistance, and long-term load stability in wet environments.
- Is this adhesive suitable for side or overhead anchoring? Will it sag?
- It is highly suitable and will not flow excessively. The product features good thixotropy, which is specifically designed to prevent severe dripping or sagging. This makes it highly accurate and reliable for side-wall or top/overhead anchoring applications, reducing material waste during complex installations.
- How does the system improve on-site installation efficiency?
- The anchoring system is designed for high productivity through matched dispensers: 1. The Cordless Dispenser features a double-rod synchronous drive to prevent glue burst, 6-speed regulation, and a quick-glue function capable of finishing a glue application in one minute, making it highly labor-saving. 2. The Manual Dispenser offers ergonomic design and a high thrust above 600kgf (6.0kN) for easy application with high-viscosity glue.
